What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns however if there should be an issue with your order we encourage you to contact us so we can attempt to resolve your concerns.

What are the shipping options?

We use Auspost. We will not be held responsible for delays.

All parcels will be tracked.

Do you ship international?

We ship within Australia only

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be prepared and sent within 3  to 5 business days of us receiving your order.

If delays are unavoidable, we will contact you.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

All items are carefully checked before being sent to you.

All care is taken to ensure your items leave us in pristine condition. We pack to ensure your items arrive as beautifully as they left us.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

In the event you make a mistake during checkout, please use our contact form, providing your full name, contact number and email address, along with the error.

We will endeavour to assist in rectifying the problem.
